Use It Tuesday - Card Stock scraps

Ok, you know you have them... piles of card stock that you intend to use, but there they sit. Let's get working on even the thinnest of strips!
After creating 50 baby shower invitations, I had a stack of thin strips of Whisper White card stock sitting on my work table. With very little work, they turned into these projects. Here's a closer look at each:
You've probably seen this one, but this time of year who can resist making a mummy?
All it takes is a little bit of ink sponged onto the edge of the strips to distress them a bit. If you don't have any googly eyes, try punched circles for the eyes.
These love notes also make use of the strips; one was laid out as-is, with nothing done to the strips.
The second makes use of our Dotted Scallop Ribbon punch for a slightly different look.

And lastly, this card's background is created with simple strips, no adornment.
Add a little image and a little embellishment for your sentiment - and you're done!
Thank you for stopping by today! Now go use those scraps :)
