Stampin' on a laminate chip

Hi there!
Today's project is one I shared previously on the UDI blog. It's a large laminate chip (used as a sample for counter tops). The chip itself already had beautiful coloring on it - a great mottled brown with cream and light golden specks as well - so I chose a stamp that wouldn't cover it entirely. Also, using Black StazOn ink gave me a nice clear image that won't rub off. The image shown here the large silhouette flower from our Inspired by Nature stamp set. The sentiment is also from this same set and was stamped onto very vanilla cardstock which I distressed and then attached to the tag with linen thread. Rhinestone sticker brads, olive grosgrain and additional linen thread finishes it off.
Nice to see what you can do with laminate (when you can't afford to re-do your kitchen!) *smile* Thanks for stopping by!
