With it's 100 lb. weight, the card stands up nice and sturdy. This single layer card (based on one shared by the company) also spotlights a new floral stamp set called Garden In Bloom. This adorable set is a two-stepper, meaning it includes outline and filler images. Speaking of two... creating this card reminded me of two things I've been meaning to share with you:
*TIP 1: When using photopolymer stamps, place a piece of foam or a Stampin' Pierce Mat under your card stock. This allows a little bit of cushion - much like the foam on our rubber stamps - and provides a more clearly stamped image.
*Tip 2: To get more use out of each ink pad, ink up the outline image and stamp. Then ink up the filler image, stamp once on a scrap of paper then stamp onto your project. Here's an example of how this "stamp off " technique was used for the leaves:
