Stamp Review Crew Painted Petals Edition

Thanks for joining us today. If you are starting here, heads up! It's time for a blog hop!!
This hop includes 17 stops, all sharing projects that were created with using Painted Petals as our main stamp set. For those of you arriving from Shana's website - welcome! Wasn't the polka dot card wonderful! Nice to see this stamp set used to make a card suitable for anyone on your list!

Well, I have to admit I went girly on my project;  I chose springtime colors and put them to use with a Mojo sketch.  A layer of vellum, paper pierced in a Window Frame shape, softens the Wild Wasabi card base while adding just a bit more detail. (Sorry - that particular detail is hard to see in the photo...)

Note: Vellum can be tricky to attach - you can usually see adhesive right through it. To conquer this, I attached the four corners using glue dots which just so happen to be the size of the large pearls in our Pearl Basic Jewels. (Now, isn't that convenient? *grin*) There's also a little bit of Snail Adhesive hidden behind the large Garden Green circle.
