I recently ran across a really cute and simple card on Pinterest and couldn't wait to share it. (There was no watermark so I'm sorry that I can't give credit to the original crafter.) Aside from it's cuteness, I love that this card utilizes the simplest of supplies and one tool: our new Bow Builder Punch.
- Based on the size of the bow, the strips of Designer Series Paper are 1/2" wide. The vertical strip is set 1/2" away from the left edge of the card layer, while the horizontal layer is adhered 1" from the top of that same layer. (Card layer measures 3-3/4" x 5".)
- The original card included a die cut sentiment which looked adorable, but I decided to keep it super easy and use these images from One Tag Fits All instead. Change it up with your sentiments or images and create what you need for any festive occasion.
- To keep the bow from flattening during mailing, place a 1/2 piece of a Stampin' Dimensional inside of the loop portion of the bow. Of course, it looks cute flat, too - so feel free to leave it as is and you'll save on postage :)
