I received a few questions about this card when I shared it with friends, so I'm going to go into a little more detail than usual describing it. If
The boots were stamped with Chocolate Chip Classic Ink onto Crumb Cake card stock. I used a Crumb Cake Stampin' Write Marker to color in the top trim and bottom part of the boot (under the line of stitching), then cut them out using Paper Snips (detail scissors). Next it was time to color the stars with Chocolate Chip and add Crystal Effects. I set the boots aside to dry while working on the rest of the card. * Note: The boots were added to the card at the very last to make sure that the Crystal Effects had enough time to dry. The Linen Thread is wrapped around the front boot and held in place by the Dimensional adhesive holding the boot in place. Cute, huh?
The save the date information was created using our Remember This & That Rotary stamp. (This stamp includes 12 different sentiments and the year can reflect from 2012 to 2023.) This information and the sentiment (which comes with the boot set) were both cut out with a framelit from the Project Life by Stampin' Up! Card & Labels Framelit set. The stars in the background of both die cuts are from the Project Life by Stampin' Up! Point & Click stamp set.
