Stamp Review Crew Life In The Forest Edition

6.15.2014

Today, the Stamp Review Crew is hopping to share ideas using our Life in the Forest stamp set. This  line-art image stamp set is simply adorable and I think you'll really enjoy what we have done with it. As always, we are all linked together so that you can easily access each blog along the hop.

Although I'm not a fan of mice in real life, I am a fan of this cute little guy in stamp form. Here, he is paired with a sentiment from Something to Say to create a sweet card for a "cute little someone".

Other supplies used:
Moonlight Designer Series Paper Stack
Colors: Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, Blackberry Bliss, Whisper White, Hello Honey (in DSP)
Embellishments: Candy Dots, Linen Thread, Metal Button
Tools: Big Shot, Chalk Talk Framelits, Decorative Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
Layout from Try Stampin' On Tuesday

The inside is decorated a little, too:

The trees in this set made me think of Christmas trees for some reason, so consider this next card a "Christmas in July" offering :)

Along with our featured set, this card includes the following supplies:
Stamps: Bordering Blooms photopolymer set, Warmth & Wonder (sentiment, retired)
Colors: Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Whisper White, Chocolate Chip
Blendabilities for coloring trees
Tools: Banner punch, Big Shot, Framelits - Christmas Ornaments (currently available, will retire August 28)
Versamark ink, White embossing powder and heat tool
Embellishments: Silver Taffeta ribbon, Jewel Basic Rhinestones
layout based on Mojo Monday sketch
