Stampin' Addicts Fall Holiday Blog Hop - Oh, Goodie

8.09.2013

Welcome to another fun blog hop with the Stampin' Addicts. This weekend, we're sharing some of the fall related goodies available in our 2013 Holiday catalog. All of our posts are linked together and are updated to take you directly to the previous and next person's post; this way you can come back and peruse the projects again at a later date if you want to. So whether you're starting here or just arrived from seeing Paula's fantastic projects with the Build-a-Banner Kit, you've got the links below to take you to the next stop. Enjoy!

The projects I'm sharing with you were all created using a cute stamp set called Oh, Goodie. This set contains four sentiments, three of which can be used year round. They are: XOXO, Ho Ho Ho, Num -Num and Enjoy.

Ok, now you might be thinking, "Num-Num?". I don't know who started it, but I can definitely tell you that my younger son says this whenever I catch him eating snacks. He just looks at me, grabs another bite and before chomping down says, "Num-Num".

This card also uses the Halloween Hello stamp set.
Colors: Tangerine Tango, Basic Black, Very Vanilla, Old Olive (candy dots)
Tools: 1" circle punch, 1 1/4" scallop circle punch, heat tool, black embossing powder
Embellishments: Silver Glimmer paper, Candy Dots (brights)

"Enjoy" is one of those sentiments that you can use for just about anything. Here, I've made a gift tag using one of the Framelits in the Chalk Talk set. The flower is made with layers of 1 1/4" scalloped circles. Just cut into the circle between the scallops and scrunch a little, layer and voila!

This card also uses Hello, Lovely
Colors: Crushed Curry, Very Vanilla, Pumpkin Pie, Early Espresso
Embellishments: Jewels Basic Pearls, JBP Large
Tools: 1 1/4" scallop circle punch, Big Shot, Chalk Talk Framelits

Last are some little note cards I made for the men/boys in my life. I like to surprise my hubby with a little treat in his work bag every once in a while and thought it would be nice to stick a note in there with it. I made extra so that I can put a note on each boys night stand next week and wish them a good morning before they head off to school. The notes are simply 2" x 4" pieces of card stock folded in half to make 2"square notes.

The stamped dots are from our Gorgeous Grunge stamp set.
Colors (from left) Cajun Craze, Real Red, Pacific Point.
Embellishments: Denim Trim,  Candy Dots (Brights)
Tools: Large Oval punch

Here are all of the projects together. The only stamp in Oh, Goodie not represented here is Ho, Ho, Ho.  This is, after all, a FALL blog hop :)

    1. Thank, Debbi! Color is fun. Living here in Florida, I don't really get to see leaves changing and all that beauty that other states enjoy. But I have card stock ;)
