Stampin' Up! Backyard Basics FTL246

The happy stamper dance continues with a great sketch and new goodies from our latest Catalog. First, here's the sketch as provided by cleanandsimplestamping:

I saw the flower and new that it was the perfect opportunity to play with a new coordinating stamp and Framelit set Backyard Basics!

Colors: Island Indigo, Pool Party, Calypso Coral, Whisper White
The card seemed a little bottom heavy, so I added the Baker's Twine and a large Vintage Faceted Button to try to balance things out a bit. All in all, this card was a quick one to put together since the framelits cut the flower out perfectly. No fussy cutting on this one!

  1. The button and the twine are the perfect touch to finish the card. I love the colors of the flowers against the darker blue.
