Getting ahead for Christmas

I'm still following along with the challenge at Stampin' Addicts to make a few Christmas cards each month. This is such a fun challenge! Not only am I getting cards done, but the challenge also provides an opportunity to use up items from my stash of retired goodies. A Win-win, definitely!

The stamp used here was in a hostess set years ago. I brushed on ink using the brush end of Soft Suede and Real Red Stampin' Write markers, giving the two tone effect you see here. The die cut snowflakes are from our Northern Frost sizzlit strip (still available). And for a touch of glam - a strip and a dot of Glimmer Paper. Love the dash of color they provide and the fact that they are flat - so they won't cause problems in the mail! Suh-weet!

Always within reach: Tabletop Paper Cutter (106959), Stampin' Dimensionals (104430), Paper Snips (103579), Stampin' Mist Stamp Cleaner (102394), Stampin' Scrub (102642)
