Raining Flowers DivaSC156

Welcome everyone to sketch challenge number 156. This sketch was provided by the lovely and talented Elizabeth Harris. Elizabeth is one of the sketch team members who participates in these challenges each week. For a link to her finished card as well as the other participating Divas, be sure to visit the Utah Divas blog.

My card sample today is clean and simple. Sometimes it is fun to let the colors do the talking. And today, Concord Crush is running the show!

  • If bling isn't your thing, consider replacing the lines of rhinestones with brads. And then call a friend; how can you not like bling? Kidding....
  • This image could be easily altered by coloring it in.
  • Another option would be to stamp it again on colored cardstock or Designer Series Paper. Cut out the flower petals and leaves and adhere them in place over the original image. (This is called paper piecing.)
One last thing -  I apologize for the photo being slightly off in brightness and color. My husband purchased some groovy lights for me to use when taking pictures of projects. Now I just have to figure out how to place them correctly!

Thanks for stopping by!
