Use It Tuesday - Using Ribbon and Brads

Are you ready for another idea on how to use up your stash of ribbon and brads? Today's idea is a CASE from a card shared by Laurie Zoellmer. Check out this welcoming door.

This is a very simplified version that I'll be sharing with my 4th grader's class. The project has to come together quickly so the "panels" for the door are adhered directly to the card front (instead of raised on Stampin' Dimensionals like Laurie's sample). Also in the interest of time, the wreath does not contain any stamped adornment or bling. The bling is on the doorknob instead ;)

Now this door is dressed up for the holidays, but it could also be altered to:
  • welcome someone home
  • welcome new neighbors
  • invitation to a gathering
  • announce a change of address
  • What ideas can you share?
Thanks for stopping by!
