Use It Tuesday - Designer Series Paper and Ribbon

While watching a Stampin' Up! training video, I came across a presentation by Ronda Wade. She shared a fun and easy way to cover candy bars. What a fun way to present someone with a treat!

For this gift, you will need:
Candy Bar (Dove Chocolate bars used here)
Designer Series Paper
Adhesive
Crimper
Optional: Ribbon, stamps, ink and additional cardstock for additional decoration

First, you'll cut your Designer Series Paper down. (This sample is 8"x4".) Apply adhesive on all four edges.

Place your candy bar in the middle.

Fold the bottom edge up to halfway cover the bar, then down the top edge.

Finger press the right and left edge, then run each through a Crimper. Not only does it look cute, it will seal the adhesive you applied in step 2.

Decorate! I've wrapped mine with a length of ribbon and hung a greeting using Linen Thread.

I just realized I left out one step - taste the chocolate first. You want to make sure you are giving your friends only the good stuff ;)

Thank you for stopping by today! Enjoy!
