I get the privilege of sharing our new Fabulous Phrases stamp set with you. There are 30 words in this stamp set; they can be used alone or in different combinations to say what you need to say on your project. Let's get started with a fun card. This one also uses a new stamp set called Aviary:
And now how about something a little different. This little tote was made using two die cuts of our #2 Box die. I'll be filling it with different stampin' treats as well as with the "card candy" shown here.
The card candy portion is a collection of words stamped onto Whisper White card stock and punched out with an Oval punch. They are layered onto larger oval punches and are adhered to wax paper with Stampin' Dimensionals. The recipient of this gift will be able to peel the element off the wax paper and apply it to her card/scrap page. Don't you just love the little flowers? Here's a thumbnail for a better look:
But, hey, I still owe you one more project; and since cards are my favorite thing to create, here's one with a slightly different feel:
For this card I used a technique called "Pulled Pastels". Smear dark card stock with Stampin' Pastels (chalks) and then stamp over it using Versamark. The stamp will pull the chalk away and leave you with a great silhouette image. And while you have the Versamark out, you can go ahead and heat emboss your frame for your sentiment. "Heartfelt" is one of my favorite words included in this set simply because it can be used for so many reasons.
Well, thank you for stopping by! Your next stop on the hop is Krystal where you'll get to see items made with our Broadsheet Alphabet stamp set. Enjoy!
