One of the tricks of working with vellum is to be careful about how you adhere it to your project. Here, Silver Brads tack the vellum to a same-sized layer of Baja Breeze card stock. To keep the bulk of the brads from showing, this entire piece is lifted off the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Simple heat embossing (an always favorite technique) created my frame for the sentiment. Again, I kept the colors simple by repeating the Baja Breeze and adding just a small layer of Basic Gray.

This is so pretty! I love the subtlety of the printed vellum over the Baja Breeze. (And that stamp set is on my next order!)
